Weekly Indemnity Payments. Employees who become totally disabled and prevented from working for remuneration or profit and who are otherwise eligible shall receive from the Employer’s insurance carrier weekly indemnity benefits consisting of 65 percent (65%) of the employee’s gross regular weekly wage rate up to a maximum of $750 effective January 1, 2010.
