Common use of Weekly Productivity Meeting Clause in Contracts

Weekly Productivity Meeting. (1) After Seller has initiated its request for adjustment for loss of productivity, the Company shall establish a weekly meeting to address loss of productivity. Seller, and a representative from each subcontractor to Seller that incurred a loss of productivity in the prior week, shall attend the weekly productivity meeting.
