Project Kick-off Meeting. The Contractor shall hold a project kick-off meeting within thirty days from the contract execution date. The Contractor shall coordinate with NYSERDA's Project Manager to arrange the meeting at a mutually convenient time and place. The Contractor is encouraged to invite representatives of sub-contractors and equipment vendors. The purpose of this meeting shall be to finalize the strategies for accomplishing the objectives of this work. In a timely manner, the Contractor shall submit to NYSERDA’s Project Manager a brief report summarizing the issues discussed and decisions made, if any, during this meeting.

The preparation of PS&E will begin once each PER has been approved by the County Engineer. Once the PS&E phase has begun, the PM will monitor the Design Consultant work relative to the contract requirements and will be responsible for reviewing the Design Consultant’s quality assurance/control (QA/QC) Plan. The PM will review the PS&E at 70%, 95% and 100% submittals. Each review will include all appropriate disciplines (including a 70% constructability review by the Construction Manager), 2017 Mobility Projects October 21, 2020 focusing on the consistency in design solution, compliance with the Summary of Design Process, design criteria, specifications, and design standards. • The PM will review each design submittal and provide comments within two weeks of submission. • The PM will facilitate a comment resolution meeting, if needed to discuss and resolve comments before advancing to the next phase of PS&E. • If necessary, the PM will facilitate a monthly Design Consultant coordination meeting to evaluate the Design Consultant’s progress against the baseline schedule of all PS&E activities. • Each Design Consultant will be expected to report on progress, identify project issues and bring potential solutions to the meeting. • The PM will assist the consultants to ensure that schedules are met. At the request of the County Engineer the PM will assist the County with Community involvement meetings with selected projects. Supporting engineering exhibits will be prepared by the Design Consultants.
Project Kick-off Meeting. The Consultant shall schedule and conduct a Project kick-off meeting within three (3) weeks of NTP to discuss Project details, establish goals, review the Project schedule, and coordinate efforts. City staff shall work in conjunction with the Consultant to develop the Project Development Team (PDT) prior to the Project kick-off meeting. Once identified, the Consultant shall contact all members of the PDT to coordinate the scheduled meeting date, location, and time. A meeting notice, agenda, and meeting minutes (noting all action items) shall be prepared by the Consultant for the kick-off meeting.
Project Kick-off Meeting. A Project Kick‐Off meeting will be held with the Airport, FAA, and any airport stakeholder as determined by the Airport, and the key team members at the very beginning of the project. Discussion items may include: design team, control of correspondence, design standards, design schedule, project submittals/deliverables, and coordination of anticipated impacts to airport operations and/or tenants during design (i.e. additional survey, geotechnical, etc.). A site visit will also be performed.
