Common use of Weekly Services Clause in Contracts

Weekly Services. a. Dust all low reach areas including, but not limited to, chair rungs, structural and furniture ledges, baseboards, window xxxxx, door louvers, wood paneling, molding, etc. b. Dust inside of all door jambs. c. Clean and polish all metal door thresholds. d. Wipe clean and polish all brightwork e. Sweep the service stairwell. f. Damp mop all vinyl bases. g. Edge all carpeted areas.
