WEEKLY WORKING HOURS Clause Samples

The WEEKLY WORKING HOURS clause defines the standard number of hours an employee is expected to work each week. Typically, it specifies the total hours, the distribution of those hours across days, and may address overtime or flexible scheduling arrangements. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about workload and ensures both employer and employee are aligned on work commitments.
