Common use of Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.9 and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with three (3) full years' continuous service as at May 31st in any year shall be entitled to three (3) week's vacation with pay calculated at the rate of three (3) weeks normal earnings.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.9 20.09 and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with three one (31) full years' year’s continuous service as at of May 31st in any year year, shall be entitled to three (3) week's weeks’ vacation with pay pay, calculated at the rate of three (3) weeks weeks’ normal earnings.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.9 Article and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with three eight (3) full 8)full years' continuous service as at May 31st in any year shall be entitled to three four (34) week's vacation with pay calculated at the rate of three four (34) weeks normal earnings.
