Common use of Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.09 and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with one (1) full year’s continuous service as of May 31st in any year, shall be entitled to three (3) weeks’ vacation with pay, calculated at the rate of three (3) weeks’ normal earnings.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to what is contained in Articles 20.09 20.9 and 20.10, full-time employees on the active payroll with one three (13) full year’s years’ continuous service as of May 31st in any year, shall be entitled to three (3) weeks’ vacation with pay, calculated at the rate of three (3) weeks’ normal earnings.
