Weight Measurement. The weight of coal sold hereunder shall be determined on Buyer's certified track scales at the Danskammer Plant, which scales shall be maintained and certified in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. Department of Commerce National Bureau of Standards Handbook 44. If such scales are inoperative at the time of any coal delivery, the weight of coal shall be the weight as determined by Seller's batch weighing system at the High Power Mountain loadout.
Weight Measurement. The weight of coal sold hereunder shall be determined by an Independent Marine Survey(s) of the Vessel averaged between Load and Discharge Port or only the Load Port weight if Discharge Port option is not elected. Buyer's Discharge Port survey will govern if Seller delivers part of the loaded cargo to Buyer and part to another party(s). (
Weight Measurement. Scales (full truck scales only) are required for measurement of rock to be mined and placed. Contractor is responsible for maintaining all gravel or dirt roads needed by Contractor to obtain access to or from the work sites. Contractor will be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of its subcontractors and of persons directly or indirectly employed by them and of persons for whose acts any of them may be liable to the same extent that he is responsible for the acts and omissions of persons directly employed by him. Nothing in this agreement shall create any contractual relationship between any subcontractor and County or any obligation on the part of County to pay or to see to the payment of any moneys due any subcontractor, except as may otherwise be required by law. Contractor agrees to bind specifically every subcontractor to the applicable terms and conditions of this agreement for the benefit of County.
Weight Measurement. Dead Weight or Volumetric, whichever is higher. For volumetric weight calculation, all sides are measured in cm.(LxBxH/5000). In case of difference in weight, the weight captured by SVG Automated dimming machine will be treated final.
Weight Measurement. Subject weight will be obtained at every study visit. Subjects should be weighed using a calibrated scale. The same scale should be used for each measurement, and measurements should be evaluated by the same site personnel at each visit, whenever possible. Subject weights should be obtained, whenever possible, under the same conditions (no shoes, clothing of similar weight) that were employed at the first (Screening) weigh-in. Subjects should be encouraged to complete their weigh-in visits in the morning.

UPRR reserves the right to weigh a Trailer or Container to verify the weight on the Bill of Lading. In the event that UPRR determines that the Bill of Lading does not include the correct weight, UPRR shall assess a fee of $6,000. UPRR will assess the $6,000 fee for each Trailer or Container that includes the incorrect weight on the Bill of Lading.
