Common use of Wellness Credits Clause in Contracts

Wellness Credits. For calendar years 2024 and 2025, employees who participate in the wellness rewards program shall receive up to a $600 credit annually to offset the employee share of the medical program cost if the employee meets health screening and engagement goals outlined by the parties’ health plan sub-committee.
