Wellness Plan. The District will provide a Wellness Program designed to improve the health of the District employees and that will result in both short-term and long-term projected savings in health insurance costs. Employees that fully participate in Paladina or the Wellness Program will have their share of premium capped at eight percent (8%) effective July 1, 2020. Other employees who do not participate in the Wellness Program or Paladina will contribute thirteen percent (13%) effective July 1, 2020.
