WFRSG Committee Chair and Other Officials. The WFRSG Committee must have a Chair, who will preside at meetings of the WFRSG Committee. The Chair of the WFRSG Committee will be appointed, from time to time, at meetings of the WFRSG Committee held as provided in Section 12.3(a). The WFRSG Committee may appoint other officers, form work groups or task forces, and assign additional responsibilities to designated individuals from time to time as it deems necessary or convenient to carry out its responsibilities.
