Leisure Time Protected It is the intention of the parties that excessive overtime will not be worked. To this end the general standard of weekly hours will usually not be more than 56 per week (Monday to Saturday), provided that the aforesaid ‘usual weekly hours’ may, by agreement between the parties to this Agreement (such agreement to not be unreasonably withheld), be exceeded from time to time to meet the needs of the project, or a specific task on a project. In the absence of agreement at the site level, the parties agree that the matter will be subject to urgent and early review by senior company management, and the Union Secretary/s or deputy, with a view to ensuring compliance with the intentions of this provision. Identity Of Property a. The Purchaser shall admit the identity of the Property purchased with that described in the Proclamation of Sale and such other documents such as muniments offered by the Auctioneer as to the title to the Property upon the evidence afforded by the comparison of the description in the particulars and muniments respectively and with that described in the Security Documents without requiring any further proof.

Treatment of Property All property purchased or furnished by DSHS for use by the Contractor during this Contract term shall remain with DSHS. Title to all property purchased or furnished by the Contractor for which the Contractor is entitled to reimbursement by DSHS under this Contract shall pass to and vest in DSHS. The Contractor shall protect, maintain, and insure all DSHS property in its possession against loss or damage and shall return DSHS property to DSHS upon Contract termination or expiration.
EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.
IDENTITY OF THE PROPERTY 11.1 The Purchaser shall admit the identity of the Property with that described in the Proclamation of Sale and such other documents offered by the Assignee/Bank as the title to the Property by a comparison of the description in the Proclamation of Sale and the aforesaid documents.

Information of the Asset Transferor The Asset Transferor is a state-owned enterprise incorporated in the PRC on 11 April 2016 and located in Guangdong Province, the PRC, which is mainly engaged in the businesses of finance lease, etc. LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS According to Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules, as the highest applicable percentage ratio of the transaction under the Asset Transfer Agreement is higher than 5% but lower than 25%, the transaction constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company and is subject to the announcement requirement but is exempt from the shareholders’ approval requirement under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
Cooperation of the Parties Each Party agrees to cooperate fully in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of any Patent Rights under this Agreement. Such cooperation includes, but is not limited to:
Physical Protection Employees may protect themselves, other employees, teachers, administrators, or students, from attacks, physical abuse or injury, or may prevent damage to school district property.
