Treatment of Property. All property purchased or furnished by DSHS for use by the Contractor during this Contract term shall remain with DSHS. Title to all property purchased or furnished by the Contractor for which the Contractor is entitled to reimbursement by DSHS under this Contract shall pass to and vest in DSHS. The Contractor shall protect, maintain, and insure all DSHS property in its possession against loss or damage and shall return DSHS property to DSHS upon Contract termination or expiration.
Treatment of Property. Agreement by the tenant that the owner may take, hold, or sell personal property of household members without notice to the tenant and a court decision on the rights of the parties. This prohibition, however, does not apply to an agreement by the tenant concerning disposition of personal property remaining in the housing unit after the tenant has moved out of the unit. The owner may dispose of this personal property in accordance with State law;

The Contractor shall protect, maintain, and insure all HCA property in its possession against loss or damage and shall return HCA property to HCA upon Contract termination or expiration.
Treatment of Property. The Department, in addition to any other rights provided in this Contract, may require the Contractor to deliver to the Department any property specifically produced or acquired for the performance of such part of this Contract as has been terminated. In all such cases, this "Treatment of Property" provision shall apply.
40.1 Title to all property furnished by the Department shall remain in the Department. Title to all property furnished by the Contractor, for the cost of which the Contractor is entitled to be reimbursed as a direct item of cost under this Contract, shall pass to and vest in the Department upon delivery of such property by the Contractor. Title to other property, the cost of which is reimbursable to the Contractor under this Contract, shall pass to and vest in the Department upon i) issuance for use of such property in the performance of this Contract, or ii) commencement of use of such property in the performance of this Contract, or iii) reimbursement of the cost thereof by the Department in whole or in part, whichever first occurs.
40.2 Any property of the Department furnished to the Contractor shall, unless otherwise provided herein or approved by the Department, be used only for the performance of this Contract.
40.3 The Contractor shall be responsible for any loss or damage to Department property that results from the negligence of the Contractor or the failure of the Contractor to maintain and administer that property in accordance with sound management practices.
40.4 If any Department property is lost, destroyed or damaged, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Department and shall take all reasonable steps to protect the property from further damage.
40.5 The Contractor shall surrender all Department property to the Department prior to settlement upon completion, termination, or cancellation of this Contract.
40.6 All equipment purchased by the Contractor for the Contractor’s use under the terms of this Contract, that as defined in this Contract provision, is actually owned by the Department, shall be shipped or delivered to the institution/location designated by the Contract Manager for tagging and entry into the DOC Capital Asset Management System (CAMS) before distribution to the Contractor for use.
Treatment of Property. If applicable, title to all property purchased or furnished by Great Rivers for use by the Contractor during this Contract term shall remain with Great Rivers. Title to all property purchased or furnished by the Contractor for which the Contractor is entitled to reimbursement by Great Rivers under this Contract shall pass to and vest in Great Rivers. The Contractor shall protect and maintain all Great Rivers property in its possession against loss or damage and shall return Great Rivers’ property to Great Rivers upon Contract termination or expiration.
Treatment of Property. To the extent that a Franchise Agreement does not contain the following procedures for treatment of property, Operator shall comply with the procedures set forth in this Section.
a. A Cable Operator shall keep tree trimming to a minimum; trees and shrubs or other landscaping that are damaged by a Cable Operator, any employee or agent of a Cable Operator during installation or construction shall be restored to their prior condition or replaced within seven (7) days unless seasonal conditions require a longer time, in which case such restoration or replacement shall be made within seven (7) days after conditions permit. Trees and shrubs on private property shall not be removed without the prior permission of the owner or legal tenant of the property on which they are located. This provision shall be in addition to, and shall not supersede, any requirement in any franchise agreement.
b. A Cable Operator shall, at its own cost and expense, and in a manner approved by the property owner and the Franchising Authority, restore any private property to as good condition as before the work causing such disturbance was initiated. A Cable Operator shall repair, replace or compensate a property owner for any damage resulting from the Cable Operator's installation, construction, service or repair activities. If compensation is requested by the customer for damage caused by any Cable Operator activity, the Cable Operator shall reimburse the property owner one hundred (100%) percent of the actual cost of the damage.
c. Except in the case of an emergency involving public safety or service interruption to a large number of customers, a Cable Operator shall give reasonable notice to property owners or legal tenants prior to entering upon private premises, and the notice shall specify the work to be performed; provided that in the case of construction operations such notice shall be delivered or provided at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to entry, unless such notice is waived by the customer. For purposes of this subsection, “reasonable notice” shall be considered:
i. For pedestal installation or similar major construction, seven (7) days.
ii. For routine maintenance, such as adding or dropping service, tree trimming and the like, reasonable notice given the circumstances. Unless a Franchise Agreement has a different requirement, reasonable notice shall require, at a minimum, prior notice to a property owner or tenant before entry is made onto that person’s property.

Treatment of Property. 27 Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Contractor shall ensure, if applicable to this Agreement, 28 any adult individual receiving services from Contractor under this Agreement has unrestricted access 29 to the individual’s personal property. Contractor shall not interfere with any adult individual’s 30 ownership, possession, or use of the individual’s property unless clinically indicated. Contractorshall 31 provide individuals under age 18 with reasonable access to their personal property that is appropriate 32 to the individual’s age, development, and needs. Upon termination of this Agreement,Contractor 33 shall immediately release to the individual/the individual’s guardian or custodian all the individual’s 34 personal property.
