When an Employee is promoted. (a) Said Employee shall, within five (5) months, retain the right to return to the type of service and classification from which the Employee was promoted, without prejudice. (b) The Employer, within five (5) months, retains the right to return the Employee to the type of service and classification from which the Employee was promoted. Said Employee may grieve the decision.
