When AT&. T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE has a separate Local Only Tandem Switch(es) in the local Exchange Area and a separate Access Tandem Switch that serves the same local Exchange Area, a two-way IntraLATA Toll Trunk Group shall be established to the AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE Access Tandem Switch. In addition a two-way Local Only Trunk Group(s) shall be established from CLEC’s switch to each AT&T SOUTHWEST REGION 5-STATE Local Only Tandem Switch.

  • RECONNECTION AFTER DISCONNECTION (a) We must arrange for the reconnection of your premises if, within 10 business days of your premises being disconnected:

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Maintenance Department The parties recognize that there are different situations in the Maintenance Department in Trade and Craft classifications which create the need for overtime opportunities, these are: • finish assigned task, • perform additional work, • fill shift vacancies.

  • Reconnection The Parties shall cooperate with each other to restore the Small Generating Facility, Interconnection Facilities, and the New York State Transmission System and Distribution System to their normal operating state as soon as reasonably practicable following a temporary disconnection.

  • Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.

  • Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.
