Local Access is provided to Customer subject to the applicable terms and conditions of use (including any applicable service term and cancellation fees) of the third party provider of the Local Access.
Unless otherwise indicated on the Service Order, Verizon Business does not proactively monitor or manage the Local Access.
When the Local Access option is selected in the Service Order, Verizon Business will order the Local Access and Customer agrees to pay to Verizon Business all Charges associated with the Local Access (including any Verizon Business charges for administration).
Any facilities and extra cabling necessary within Customer’s building, in particular the connection between the Local Access entrance point and Customer’s connection point, are not included and are Customer’s responsibility and must be completed prior to the date that the Service is ready for use.
