WHEN WE MUST NOT ARRANGE DISCONNECTION a) Subject to paragraph b), your premises may not be disconnected during the following times (‘the protected period’): i) on a business day before 8.00am or after 3.00pm; or ii) on a Friday or the day before a public holiday; or iii) on a weekend or a public holiday; or iv) on the days between 20 December and 31 December (both inclusive) in any year; or v) if you are being disconnected under clause 14.1(a), during an extreme weather event. b) Your premises may be disconnected within the protected period: i) for reasons of health and safety; or ii) in an emergency or iii) as directed by a relevant authority or iv) if you are in breach of clause 6.5 of your Customer Connection Contract which deals with interference with energy equipment; or

Where the data importer subcontracts its obligations under the Clauses, with the consent of the data exporter, it shall do so only by way of a written agreement with the subprocessor which imposes the same obligations on the subprocessor as are imposed on the data importer under the Clauses. Where the subprocessor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations under such written agreement the data importer shall remain fully liable to the data exporter for the performance of the subprocessor's obligations under such agreement.
