Where an employee is transferred from. a position outside the bargaining unit to a position inside the bargaining unit, he/she will be considered on a probationary basis for a period of three (3) months, in accordance with Article 14.02, from the date of transfer. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be credited with seniority dating back to the date of transfer together with all seniority previously accrued in the bargaining unit. No Employees shall be transferred to a position out of the bargaining unit without his/her consent.
