Common use of Who May be an Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Who May be an Arbitrator. No person shall be selected as a member of an Arbitration Board who is acting, or has within a period of six (6) months preceding the day of his appointment, acted in the capacity of a solicitor, legal advisor, counsel, paid agent of either of the parties, or who has any pecuniary interest in the matters referred to the Board.
