Wholesale Customer Service Areas. A. Each of the Individual Water Sales Contracts described in Section 9.01 will contain, as an exhibit, a map of the Wholesale Customer’s service area. A Wholesale Customer may not deliver water furnished to it by San Francisco outside the boundary of its service area without the prior written consent of San Francisco, except for deliveries to another Wholesale Customer on an emergency and temporary basis pursuant to Section 3.07.B.
