Wildlife Do not feed any of the wildlife ever. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Feeding even small animals attracts predators. Supervise children at all times. Keep garage doors closed at all times except when entering or leaving the Rental Home.
Vegetation No trees or other vegetation may be removed from the site without prior approval from the Town, except in accordance with Section 4 above and pursuant to the Annual Plan.
Smoke Free Environment The Lessor shall make all parts of the leased premise smoke-free. "
Wetlands When disposing of excess, soil, or other construction materials on public or private property, Contractor shall not fill in or otherwise convert wetlands.
Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.
ENDANGERED SPECIES The Endangered Species Act of 1973 (16 U.S.C. § 1531, et seq.) as amended, particularly section 7 (16 U.S.C. § 1536).
Safe Working Environment ACM does everything reasonably possible to provide a safe working environment for all of its stakeholders including Suppliers and its own employees and agents. ACM does not tolerate offensive, abusive, bullying, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful behaviour or any form of harassment (“Offending Behaviour”). If a Supplier engages in Offending Behaviour, ACM may suspend or terminate this Milk Supply Agreement.
Safe Workplace A) The Employer and employees recognize the need for a safe and healthful workplace and agree to take appropriate measures in order that risks of accidents and/or occupational disease are reduced and/or eliminated. Employers will take all reasonable steps to eliminate, reduce and/or minimize threats to the safety of employees.
Child safe environment 5.1 Catholic school communities have a moral, legal and mission-driven responsibility to create nurturing school environments where children are respected, their voices are heard, and where they are safe and feel safe.
AIR OR WATER POLLUTION VIOLATION Under the State laws, the Contractor shall not be: (1) in violation of any order or resolution not subject to review promulgated by the State Air Resources Board or an air pollution control district; (2) subject to cease and desist order not subject to review issued pursuant to Section 13301 of the Water Code for violation of waste discharge requirements or discharge prohibitions; or (3) finally determined to be in violation of provisions of federal law relating to air or water pollution.
