Waste Disposal Facilities definition

Waste Disposal Facilities means all facilities designated for the disposal of Waste.

Waste Disposal Facilities means all facilities designated for the disposal and/or treatment of waste including the Sewage Treatment Facility and Landfarm Facility as described in the Water Licence Application received February 29, 2012;

  • waste disposal facility means an individual or entity that has been issued a medical marijuana waste disposal facility license by the Department to dispose of medical marijuana waste as authorized in Oklahoma law and these Rules.
