If, at any time, legislation is enacted the result of which is that the Trustee is liable to pay any income tax (other than withholding tax or Tax of a similar nature) on the income of the Trust, other than income not distributed to Unit Holders, the Trustee may call a meeting of the Unit Holders to consider winding up the Trust or taking any other measures proposed by the Trustee or as proposed by any of the Unit Holders, and the Trustee may then commence winding up the Trust or take any other measure if the meeting so decides by:
