WINDOW. All windows shall be fitted with anodized aluminum frames (matching with the elevation) and fitted with glass and locks. BUT without any grills.
WINDOW. Window Frames shall be made with standard size of Good Quality Wood (Teak). Window Center Portion shall be made with 5 mm Thick Pinned glass. Grill works shall be made with standard size (Windows will be provided with metal grill for protection as per design.)
WINDOW. All Aluminum sliding window frame and palla with M.S. design grill and Panel of the palla fitted with one way glass.
WINDOW. All windows and verandahs to be covered by aluminum channel (Sliding Palla) with Grill for exhaust fan opening in bath and kitchen glass paneled stair window.
WINDOW. Any bargaining unit member who meets the conditions set forth herein and retires at the end of the school year, ending on August 31, 1999, shall receive the maximum amounts as set forth above for twenty-five (25) years service or less, provided that those members retiring within the above window period with twenty-eight (28) or more years shall have two (2) years credit purchased on their behalf. This provision shall be a one-time situation designed to fairly accommodate those members who would otherwise be unable to access this benefit. This window period shall expire on August 31, 1999, unless mutually extended by the parties to this agreement.
WINDOW. CAJ may exercise this Option at any time or from time to time during the period beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the second anniversary of such date by sending a written notice (a "Notice") to the Trust setting forth the number of Shares CAJ is requiring the Trust to purchase.
WINDOW. Tenant will not clean nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in demised premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the New York State Labor Law or any other applicable law or of the Rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other Board or body having or asserting jurisdiction. FIRE REQUIREMENTS:
WINDOW. Aluminum Window frame and palla with Grill, and panel of the Palla fitted with glass.
WINDOW. Aluminum window frame fitted by glass (4mm) with standard quality Grill and Aluminum Shutter sliding.
WINDOW. All Windows would be Aluminum sliding Windows with plain glass.
