Sick/Personal Leave Non-Use Incentive. Teachers who are employed for a full school year will be eligible for recognition and an attendance incentive stipend when meeting the following conditions. Teachers who use no more than a combined total of three (3) sick and personal leave days (and have not been granted unpaid or dock days) during the school year shall be recognized for excellence in attendance within four weeks after the last day of the school year. Such teachers shall also receive an attendance incentive stipend within four weeks after the last day of the school year according to the scale below: 0 Days used for the school year $ 250 1 Day used for the school year $ 200 2 Days used for the school year $ 150 3 Days used for the school year $ 100

Sick/Personal Leave Non-Use Incentive. In an effort to encourage attendance at work, bargaining unit members shall have the opportunity to earn a wellness benefit. The parameters and qualifications are outlined below:

  • Sick Leave/Personal Leave 1. Each member of the bargaining unit who is regular full-time, in an active pay status, is eligible for ten (10) days of sick leave and three (3) days of personal leave annually. No member of the bargaining unit shall lose the accumulated allowance of unused days of sick leave/personal leave by reason of having been absent for a period without pay, nor shall the employee accumulate any additional days of allowance during the absence. Faculty members needing to use sick/personal days shall fill out the requisite forms according to official College procedures.

  • Sick/Personal Leave Leave granted to the teacher for sick, personal or bereavement reasons.

  • Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.

  • Personal Leave of Absence The Administrator may grant a request for leave of absence for personal reasons without pay provided that he receives at least one (1) month's clear notice, in writing, unless impossible, and provided that such leave may be arranged without undue inconvenience to the normal operations of the Nursing Home. Employees when applying for such leave shall indicate the proposed date of departure and return. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Additional Personal Leave Where paid personal leave credits are exhausted:

  • Long Term Personal Leave 2. Extended Maternity/Parental Leave/Parenthood (or their equivalent)

  • Extended Personal Leave Personal leave without pay not to exceed thirty (30) 26 days may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent. Personal leave in 27 excess of thirty (30) days shall be subject to approval by the Board.

  • Personal Leave Days Section 1. All employees after completion of six (6) months of service shall be entitled to receive personal leave days in the following manner:

  • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Any such leave exceeding one (1) semester shall not be counted toward tenure or promotion or for computing salary increments. These leaves may be extended by the PVPAA upon recommendation of the xxxx for up to one (1) year.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
