Window Washer Pay. ‌ Effective 1/1/2018, new hires into the Window Washer job classification will receive the prevailing rate as described in paragraph 2(a) of the September 5, 2012 Memorandum of Agreement between the parties. Current employees in the Window Washer job classification will be red circled at their current rate of pay. Increases will not be provided to the wage rate of the red-circled employees until such time as the prevailing rate eclipses the red- circled rate. At that time, the red-circled rate will be brought up to match the prevailing rate in accordance with Article 4 of the CBA. Thereafter, any future increases will also be applied in accordance with Article 4 of the CBA.

  • Termination In the event that either Party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated. Either party may terminate this DPA and any service agreement or contract if the other party breaches any terms of this DPA.
