Trash and Recycling. City will provide 300 gallon trash and recycling receptacles for use at the Premises and will remove trash on a regular schedule.
Trash and Recycling. Lessee agrees to be responsible for policing the Premises and picking up and making ready for City collection of all trash, recyclables, debris, and waste material of every nature, resulting from its use of the Premises by itself or any spectators in attendance at the Premises. Lessee also agrees to place all collected trash, recyclables, debris, and waste in a designated location for removal by the City. Lessee agrees that it will not place yard waste or building materials in City trash receptacles. Lessee agrees to promote and encourage recycling throughout the Premises. To avoid the public’s misuse of trash and recycling receptacles during the off- season, Lessee agrees to move all trash and recycling receptacles to an area of the Premises that is inaccessible to the public, as approved by the Parks Department, within fourteen days of the end of the season.

Trash and Recycling. Owners must supply approved containers and covers for trash, and provide approved storage where trash remains until weekly pickup. Owners and/or tenants must properly store, remove, and dispose of all trash/litter and recyclable items. The owner shall provide a City of East Lansing recycling bin and a 96-gallon East Cart for every 4 renters where the City provides recycling and trash service. The City will collect one 30-gallon or one 32-gallon can per week where an Easy Cart is not required. All other trash must be placed in yellow City trash bags available at City Hall, the Department of Public Works and local stores. Trash must be placed at the curb for pickup and may not be set out earlier than 7:00 p.m. the evening before scheduled pickup. Easy Cart and containers must be brought in from the curb by 10:00 a.m. the day after pickup. Responsible party should check and initial. Trash and Recycling. Manager shall manage waste collection and disposal, and endeavor to maximize recycling collection, and comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to the disposal of Hazardous Materials, waste management, and recycling. Manager will be responsible for coordinating with City staff and Republic Waste Management Services DBA Anaheim Disposal (or such other waste management services provider designated by the City). Manager shall participate in a recycling program for at least four broad types of recyclable materials at the Property and shall favor the purchase of recycled products in its procurement processes for the ARTIC Site.
Trash and Recycling. There are dumpsters throughout the complex for our Tenant s' use, only. You are responsible for bringing your trash and recyclables to them. We also have recycling facilities throughout the complex. Please take care to not put trash in these containers. Please read the recycling guide carefully. The waste company can fine individuals for improper dumping. We do not allow anyone to go through our trash for deposit cans, etc. We do not allow anyone other than Tenants and Management Company employees to dump trash in our containers. Please contact us if anyone is misusing these sites, in any manner. Please do not leave large objects, such as furniture, etc., outside of our dumpsters. If you have a question about how to dispose of an item, please contact Resident Manager for information. Please discard of garbage daily from your apartment for cleanliness reasons. You may not leave trash in your hallway, in your storage bin or on your deck, even temporarily. Our employees are instructed to remove trash from these areas and charge the responsible Tenant the fees and costs listed in Section 3.11 for each occurrence. In addition, do not use the laundry room trash containers for personal trash. Also, when sand buckets are in the hallways, please do not throw your trash into the buckets.
Trash and Recycling. Each Resident is responsible for putting trash in the proper trash containers. Resident shall comply with the local recycling ordinance. Any Resident who does not comply with the ordinance or who leaves, dumps, or disperses garbage in the hallways, elevator, parking area, driveway, yard, sidewalk or anywhere other than the appropriate trash receptacle shall pay Owner a minimum $200 charge per incident. The Resident shall also pay any fines imposed by any governmental agency as result of the Resident’s acts.
Trash and Recycling. 7.3.1 Club will be responsible for all costs associated with the disposal of all trash and goods that may be recycled. Club shall develop and follow a solid waste reduction program to reduce the volume of solid waste generated from Club’s use and occupancy of the Premises.
7.3.2 Club will have the right to use the trash facilities of the Ballpark to dispose of trash and recycling products from any other properties owned, operated, or managed by Club or an Affiliate of Club.
Trash and Recycling. Tenants must dispose of trash and recyclable materials properly. All trash and recycling containers must be supplied by Tenants and properly placed and maintained during the Term. Tenants shall not allow any trash and recyclable materials to be deposited or permitted to stand on the exterior of any building or within the common areas. Tenants are solely responsible for any extermination charges due to non-compliance with this section. Use, storage and placement of containers must comply with City of Philadelphia ordinances. Any fines affecting the Property issued by the City of Philadelphia for non-compliance with trash and recycling ordinances are the sole responsibility of Tenants. For multi-unit housing, if the offending party or parties are not clearly identified among the units, fines will be split equally between the units. Landlord and MK Management are not responsible for trash and recycling disposal. Tenants are encouraged to report trash related issues, including those related to adjacent vacant lots or abandoned properties, to the Philly311 contact center through its web application. Further, Tenants are not permitted to throw trash or any other debris over all wall or partition or onto another owner’s property.
Trash and Recycling. The City of Tucson picks up trash from the green barrels. All trash must be contained within the container, not around it. City receptacles are for household trash only: no appliances, branches, furniture or other large heavy items. Residents are responsible for hauling away any items not allowed in the City receptacles. Violation of the trash policy may result in a $50.00 fine added to the current month’s rent for each violation. The City of Tucson picks up recyclables from the blue receptacles. These units must be wheeled to the curb each week for the City to be able to dump them. Residents are responsible for wheeling their container to and from the street.
