Withdrawal of Application. An Applicant may withdraw his Application any time before the Developer issues the Allotment Letter to such Applicant. In such cases, the Developer will refund to the Applicant concerned the Application Money without interest but after deducting 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) as its administrative charges/service charges.
