Withdrawal of Permission. Acquirer or BlueSnap, may upon giving Merchant notice, withdraw permission for Merchant to accept, submit or process certain type of transactions where there are, in the sole opinion, of Acquirer unacceptable levels of Cardholder disputes resulting from transactions which Merchant has submitted and/or transactions which Merchant has submitted and which subsequently turn out to be fraudulent.

Withdrawal of Permission. The City may withdraw its permission for the installation of the Works at any time if the Director of Engineering and Corporate Assets, in his or her sole opinion, deems it to be in the best interests of the City. Upon such withdrawal, the Owner shall forthwith cease further work with respect to the Works on or in the Land within the plan of subdivision.
Withdrawal of Permission. Permission to make attachments to Tacoma Power poles may be withdrawn for violation of Applicable Standards, regulations or Tacoma Power policies, breach of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, failure to provide proof of required insurance and/or permits), or for any other reason associated with Tacoma Power’s requirements for use of its poles.
Withdrawal of Permission. The Developer acknowledges and agrees that the Municipality is entitled to withdraw its permission granted herein for the installation and construction of the Works if it is determined, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Municipality that the Developer is in breach of its covenants hereunder and such withdrawal is in the best interests of the Municipality. Upon notification of such withdrawal of permission, the Developer covenants and agrees to immediately cease any further construction, installation or other work in respect of the Works. Upon notification of such withdrawal of permission, the Owner covenants and agrees to immediately cease any further construction, installation or other work in respect of the Works. The Owner acknowledges that it shall have no claim against the Township if it exercises its right to withdraw the permission granted under this Agreement and its specifically waives and disclaims its rights to make any claim in connection therewith.

Where a child has become disruptive, is inconveniencing or distracting staff in the workplace or students in the study environment, a parent or guardian may be required to remove the child. 2. The person in charge of the study environment or workplace has the right to request the parent or guardian to remove the child in these circumstances. 3. Alternative permission/reporting arrangements, consistent with the intent of this policy, may be made if existing reporting structures or other circumstances require.
