Withholding or Cancellation of Funds. The County reserves the right to withhold payments until Subrecipient timely delivers reimbursement requests or documents as may be required under this Agreement. Upon completion of the Project, the County may cancel payment of any portion of the Award that the County determines to be surplus. The County shall be relieved of any obligation for payments if funds allocated to the County cease to be available for any cause other than misfeasance of the County itself.

  • Cancellation of Service You have the right to cancel this Agreement with NEC Co-op Energy without penalty or fee of any kind within three (3) federal business days after you receive your Terms of Service Agreement. NEC Co-op Energy will provide you with 45 calendar days advance written notice of any material change in the Terms of Service, either in your bill or in a separate mailing. The changes will become effective on the date stated in the notice unless you cancel your Agreement. You may cancel your Agreement no later than 10 calendar days before the effective date of the material change.   • Termination of Settlement If the Revised Settlement is terminated as provided in the Stipulation, this Order shall be vacated, rendered null and void, and be of no further force and effect (except as otherwise provided by the Stipulation), and this Order shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Pearl City Parties, the General Governors, Xxxxxx, and its unitholders, and the Parties shall each revert to their respective litigation positions in the Action as of immediately prior to the execution of the Stipulation on November 12, 2021, as provided in the Stipulation.
