Common use of Withholding Transcripts Clause in Contracts

Withholding Transcripts. Graduation/Ability to register in courses: The University of Guelph-Humber reserves the right to withhold a Resident’s transcripts and/or degree/diploma, and prevent enrollment in future courses, until all financial obligations of the Resident under this Agreement have been satisfied.
