Common use of Without prejudice to Clause D5 Clause in Contracts

Without prejudice to Clause D5. 5 the Client shall consult with the Contractor before disclosing any Confidential Information of the Contractor unless the Client is obliged under the FOIA to disclose such Information without consulting the Contractor.

Without prejudice to Clause D5. 5 12 the Client Contractor shall consult with the Contractor Client before disclosing any Confidential Information of the Contractor Client unless the Client Contractor is obliged under the FOIA to disclose such Information without consulting the ContractorClient.

Without prejudice to Clause D5. 5 the Client Contracting Authority shall consult with the Contractor before disclosing any Confidential Information of the Contractor unless the Client Contracting Authority is obliged under the FOIA to disclose such Information without consulting the Contractor.
