Witness Service. a. An employee who appears as a witness in a legal proceeding at the request of the Company will be paid during witness service. Procedures will be the same as those for jury duty. b. An employee who serves as a witness in other legal proceedings will not be paid, unless he is compelled by subpoena to testify in such proceedings.
