WMATA Time for Review. WMATA shall have thirty (30) Business Days to review any submission. WMATA’s time for review shall not begin to toll until the complete comprehensive set of documents in sufficient detail, as determined by WMATA, has been submitted. If a submittal is received after 2:00pm, then WMATA’s allotted time for review will not begin to run until the following Business Day. WMATA shall provide its approval or rejection of such submission. In the event WMATA rejects any submission, WMATA shall include the nature of WMATA's objections or qualifications. The County will incorporate agreed upon design changes and comments into the next design submission (e.g. WMATA’s comments on the 60% design submission will be incorporated into the County’s 90% design submission).
