Common use of Work Assignments and Workload Clause in Contracts

Work Assignments and Workload. 6.1. Full-time employees will not be regularly assigned to work out of classification or to be downgraded to work point five (.5) in two (2) different classifications. 6.2. If employees are assigned to duties that are not reflective of the job description of the classification the employee was hired into, the District and the Union agree to meet and review the employee’s workload. 6.3. The employee’s workload will be addressed without disciplinary action. The Union and the District will meet to resolve any workload issues that occur due to vacancies that exist in the District.
