Work Before Shift Starts. An employee required to report for work before the regular scheduled starting time shall receive pay at one and one-half (1-1/2) times base hourly rate, plus one and one-half (1-1/2) times applicable shift differential as overtime pay for all such work performed, This provision does not apply to shift turn over.
