Work Beyond FTE Sample Clauses
The "Work Beyond FTE" clause defines the terms under which work performed by an employee or contractor exceeds the standard Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) allocation. Typically, this clause outlines how additional hours or tasks beyond the agreed FTE are tracked, compensated, or approved, such as requiring prior written consent for overtime or specifying additional payment rates. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of expectations and compensation for work that goes beyond the normal workload, thereby preventing disputes and managing workload distribution.
