WORK CLOTHING. (a) Where the Commission requires an employee to wear a uniform, or special or protective clothing, or special equipment, the Commission shall be responsible for its provision, replacement, cleaning and/or laundering except that washable garments shall be cleaned and/or laundered by the employee.
