WORK DAY DEFINITION. For the purposes purpose of the grievance procedure, work days a “day” shall be defined as mean any day Monday through Friday, excluding and shall not include the day in which a grievance is presented or appealed by the ASSOCIATION or EMPLOYER or is answered by the EMPLOYER or any recognized holidays.
