Work Day/Work Week. 1. The work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday of no more than eight (8) hours per day and no more than forty (40) hours per work week. This shall not restrict the extension of the employee’s usual and customary workday or workweek when such is necessary to carry on the business of the School District. Employees who actually work more than forty (40) hours per week will receive overtime pay (time-and-a-half). 2. All full-time employees employed between seven (7) and eight (8) consecutive hours per day will be entitled to two paid breaks of fifteen (15) minutes each. 3.
