Responsibility Factor. Any employee in the bargaining unit whose work assignment requires craftsman or extra-ordinary duties shall be awarded additional hourly pay or annual salary for that assignment. This role shall be determined by the Board.

Responsibility Factor. Faculty assigned to the following duties shall be compensated an additional 4% of base salary in recognition of the additional responsibilities associated with these assignments. Responsibility Factor. 6.2.1 A Responsibility Factor of an additional 10 percent (10%) of salary shall be paid to those Resource Specialists performing case management duties in addition to their regular duties.
6.2.2 A Responsibility Factor of an additional ten percent (10%) of salary shall be paid to the Head Teacher at a site having three or more teachers for the additional duties and coordination responsibilities required.
6.2.3 A Responsibility Factor of an additional ten percent (10%) of salary shall be paid to Program Specialists in recognition of the specialized responsibilities inherent in the position.
6.2.4 Case management and head teacher assignments are made annually by the Director. Case management duties are listed in Appendix A-1. Head teacher duties are listed in Appendix A-2.
6.2.5 A standing responsibility factor committee shall be established to review eligibility for individuals not currently included to receive the ten percent Responsibility Factor. Three committee members will be selected by the Superintendent and three members selected by the Santa Xxxx County Education Association. The purpose of the committee shall be to consider individual cases not previously considered within the previous two (2) years, unless duties have changed significantly, and make recommendations as to whether these persons should be receiving the additional ten percent Responsibility Factor.
Responsibility Factor. Each position is assessed based on two subfactors of responsibility. Each subfactor has three components rated on a scale of 0% to 3%. The resulting values for each subfactor are then added together yielding a total percentage for the responsibility factor.

Responsibility Factor. A nurse assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee to work in the capacity of an administrator who is absent from he/his position shall be paid the responsibility factor for such position, if she/he performs the work of the absent administrator in excess of six (6) weeks. A nurse who supervises a health assistant for the equivalent of two (2) or more full days of employment (.4 FTE) will receive an annual responsibility factor equal to R-factor “N” as listed in the Payroll Manual.
Responsibility Factor. 11.4.1 Each school year, the Director of Student Support and Health Services or designee shall assign one Mental Health Therapist to perform responsibility factor duties of a unique nature pursuant to Education Code Section 45182. The responsibility factor duties shall include duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Student Services and Support or designee. The selection of the Mental Health Therapist each school year is within the discretion of the District.
11.4.2 The Mental Health Therapist selected to perform responsibility factor duties of a unique nature shall receive a 5% differential allowance above their current salary schedule placement for the school year.
