Work In Excess of Assignment. time unit member who is assigned to work a minimum of 30 thirty (30) minutes per day in excess of his/her regular assignment 31 for a period of twenty (20) consecutive work days or more shall have the basic assignment changed to reflect the longer hours for the purpose of fringe benefit proration.
