Common use of Work Orders for Ongoing Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Work Orders for Ongoing Maintenance. Either party, at its own discretion, may submit an annual Work Order for ongoing maintenance operations. Any such annual Work Order shall include a plan identifying the routes on which the requesting party desires ongoing maintenance and describe in detail the maintenance operations requested. Unless otherwise notified by the requesting party, the performing party will conduct ongoing maintenance operations on the requesting party’s roads and streets identified in the plan. Provided an annual Work Order request has been submitted by the requesting party and accepted by the performing party, individual Work Order requests will not be required to initiate the performance of ongoing maintenance operations.
