Common use of Work Performed byAT&T Clause in Contracts

Work Performed byAT&T. 7.1.1 If performed byAT&T, Make-Ready Work to accommodate CLEC’s Facilities on Poles, Joint Use Pole(s) or in Conduit System shall be included in the normal work load scheduleAoTf&T with construction responsibilities inhte geographic areas where the relevant Poleosr Conduit Systems are located and shall not be entitled to priority, advancement, or preference over other work to be performedATb&yT in the ordinary course ofAT&T’s business.
