WORK REDUCTION PROGRAM. 15.1 The District shall provide a program whereby qualifying bargaining unit members over age 55 may participate in the work reduction program allowable under California Education Code Sections 44922 and 22724. Details of the District’s program shall be sent individually to eligible unit members.
