Common use of Work Retention and Sub-Contracting Clause in Contracts

Work Retention and Sub-Contracting. Where the Company's facilities, space, and trained personnel are available, the Company shall continue to have all work which is presently performed by employees of the Bargaining Unit, retained and performed by employees of the Bargaining Unit.
