Work Schedule and 960-hour Limitation. Retired Annuitant Employee is expected to devote necessary time, within and outside normal business hours, to the business of the Successor Agency. However, pursuant to Government Code section 21224, Retired Annuitant Employee is allowed to work a maximum of 960 hours per fiscal year for all public employers that contract with CalPERS for retirement benefits. The Successor Agency retains the right to designate, reduce, change, or amend the number of hours assigned to Retired Annuitant Employee consistent with the Successor’s Agency’s workload and other needs. If Retired Annuitant Employee’s annual hours are approaching 960, then the Successor Agency retains the right to summarily suspend Retired Annuitant Employee’s duties under this Agreement and to reassign any scheduled hours, as needed, to ensure that Retired Annuitant Employee does not exceed the maximum hours allowed by this Agreement. Retired Annuitant Employee will be responsible for keeping track of her hours worked.

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Schedule and Completion The Pre-commencement Phase Services to be performed under this Contract shall commence upon the Effective Date of the Contract and be completed within 60 days thereafter. Activities on the Site shall commence on the date specified in the Proceed Order and shall be materially complete in accordance with established Milestones, and not later than the Material Completion and Occupancy Date.

  • Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Normal Work Schedule 130. Compensation fixed herein on a per diem basis are for a normal eight-hour work day; and on a bi-weekly basis for a bi-weekly period of service consisting of normal work schedules.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.
