The Work Schedule Committee clause establishes a designated group responsible for overseeing and managing employee work schedules within an organization. Work Schedule Committee. The parties agree that they will form a scheduling committee of two (2) representatives from management and two (2) representatives from the Union to review and make recommendations to the scheduling practices to the Director of Emergency Services.
