Work Schedule Committee. The parties agree to establish a committee consisting of an equal number of representatives for each party for the improvement of work schedules in departments, units or divisions. When such schedule improvements have been mutually agreed upon, they shall be implemented at the earliest possible date and such date shall be as proposed by the Joint Committee.   • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Committee Work All time spent by employees on Employer established committees and committees mentioned in this contract (including side letters) shall be considered time worked and shall be paid at the appropriate rate of pay.
