WORK TO BE PERFORMED The Contractor shall do all work and furnish all labor, tools, materials, supplies and equipment for the 2020 UB Overhead Door Replacement (“Work”) in accordance with, and as described in the Project Plans and specifications stamped and as amended through addendums ("Contract Plans") including all related drawings, plans and other documents made available by the City which are by this reference incorporated herein and made part hereof (the “Contract Documents”). To the extent applicable or reasonably necessary to interpret the Work, the most recent publication of the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction of the Washington State Department of Transportation (see xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/Publications/Manuals/M41-10.htm) is incorporated into the Contract Documents. All changes in the work shall be performed in accord with the Contract Documents, unless determined otherwise by the City. The Contractor, as set forth in the Contractor’s bid proposal attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Bid Proposal"), shall assume and be responsible for the cost and expense of all Work provided in the and Contract Documents, except those items agreed in writing to be furnished by the City of Xxxxxx. The Mayor or designee shall administer and be the primary contact for Contractor. Prior to commencement of work, Contractor shall contact the Mayor or designee to review the Work, schedule, and time of completion. Contractor shall receive written authorization from the City to proceed with the Work. Upon notice from the Mayor or designee, Contractor shall promptly commence Work, complete the same in a timely manner, and cure any failure in performance under this Agreement. All Work shall be performed in conformance with the Contract Documents, City and State standards and Bid Proposal. Contractor acknowledges review of the Contract Documents and accepts the same. In the event of a conflict between the Contract Documents, City and State standards or Bid Proposal, they shall be interpreted and given precedence in the order listed herein.
Services to be performed by Contractor In consideration of the payments set forth herein and in Exhibit “B,” Contractor shall perform services for County in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications set forth herein and in Exhibit “A.”
Services to be Performed A. FSC shall be responsible for performing as agent, as of the date of this Contract, the pricing and bookkeeping services described as follows:
STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED A. Vendor shall provide Worker(s) to DIR Customers to perform services that are defined in the Work Order Solicitation, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. Workers provided by Vendor shall possess qualifications that meet or exceed those specified in the Work Order Solicitation and will perform the functions as outlined in the Work Order Solicitation at the rates quoted therein. All travel is subject to the prior, written approval of the Customer.
Data to Be Provided In order for the Operator to perform the Services described in the Service Agreement, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached as Exhibit B.
Performance by Contractor Where Pur- chaser’s employees, agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents perform Purchaser’s Opera- tions in connection with fire responsibilities, Purchaser’s obligations shall be the same as if performance was by Purchaser.
STATEMENT OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED The Parties agree to cooperate to provide necessary and authorized services and resources in accordance with the terms of this Contract. Specific services provided are described in Attachment A – Statement of Work.
Student Data to Be Provided In order to perform the Services described in this Article and Exhibit “A”, LEA shall provide the categories of data described in the Schedule of Data, attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
OTHER WORK 14.1 Owner may perform other work related to the Project at the site by Owner’s own forces, have other work performed by utility owners or let other direct contracts. If the fact that such other work is to be performed is not noted in the Contract Documents, written notice thereof will be given to Construction Contractor prior to starting any such other work. If Construction Contractor believes that such performance will involve additional expense to Construction Contractor or require additional time, Construction Contractor shall send written notice of that fact to Owner and Design Professional within seven (7) calendar days of being notified of the other work. If Construction Contractor fails to send the above required seven (7) calendar days’ notice, Construction Contractor will be deemed to have waived any rights it otherwise may have had to seek an extension to the Contract Time or adjustment to the Contract Amount.
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED Provided Tenant is not in default, Landlord shall furnish to Tenant, except as noted below, the following utilities and other services to the extent reasonably necessary for Tenant’s use of the Leased Premises for the Permitted Use, or as may be required by law or directed by governmental authority:
