Work Year. A. The work year for 12-month administrative employees shall normally be two hundred forty-one (241) workdays but may vary based upon the number of workdays established by the financial/payroll calendar. The work year for 11-month administrative employees shall be determined by adding twenty (20) days to the number of days worked by teachers. B. Except when school is delayed due to inclement weather, all bargaining unit members shall be released two and one-half (2.5) hours early on the workdays preceding the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
