Common use of Working from Home Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Working from Home Arrangements. The University recognizes that employees may work from home on occasion. If employees request to work from home on a continuing basis the following conditions shall pertain: (i) the employee will remain responsible for fulfilling all their on-campus commitments; (ii) the employee and their supervisor must both agree to the arrangement; (iii) the arrangement will be reviewed by the supervisor to determine continuing operational feasibility; (iv) the arrangement must be documented in writing; and, (v) no continuing arrangement will be longer than one year in duration, but may be renewed with the agreement of the employee and their supervisor.
